TERMS OF USE
Aya Lookup terms
These terms are between you and the service operator. They are an implementation template and require legal review, operator identity, governing law, dispute terms, refund terms, and a publication date before commercial launch.
Age and lawful use
You must be at least 18. Use the service only for a lawful purpose permitted by the selected data provider and applicable law. You may not use results to stalk, harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, locate a protected person, publish sensitive personal information, or facilitate violence or fraud.
Not a consumer reporting agency
Aya Lookup is not a consumer reporting agency. Results may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, tenancy, government benefits, licensing, or another purpose governed by consumer-reporting law.
Account and anti-abuse controls
Automated harvesting, bulk enrichment, credential sharing, bypassing access controls, scraping, repeated searches targeting one person, and attempts to identify someone without a legitimate purpose are prohibited. Accounts may be limited or suspended when misuse, disputed payments, abnormal velocity, or provider-policy violations are suspected.
Accuracy
Lookup data can be incomplete, stale, or incorrect, including because telephone numbers are reassigned. Results are leads, not proof of identity, residence, ownership, or wrongdoing. Verify important information independently and report inaccurate or sensitive results.
Credits and subscriptions
Prices and included credits are shown before purchase. One-time credits are added after verified payment and do not expire. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically through the payment platform until canceled, and each verified renewal adds the stated credits. Unused credits roll forward. Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, regional pricing, trials, subscription management, and store terms are governed by the payment platform and the operator's published refund policy. Refunded or disputed purchases may place the account into billing review; credits are not automatically clawed back into a negative balance.
Account deletion
Deleting an account removes application access and user-linked stored data as described in the privacy notice. Stripe subscription cancellation is attempted during account deletion. If Stripe is temporarily unavailable, a durable server task retries the cancellation until it succeeds or the subscription is confirmed absent. Apple or Google subscriptions must also be canceled through the applicable store to stop store billing.
