Aya account deletion guide
Use this page to request deletion of your Aya Scam & Privacy Lookup account from a web browser. Opening this page does not delete an account. The request is submitted only when you complete the form and confirm the permanent deletion.
Before you submit
Have the email address and password for the Aya account you want to remove ready. Review any information you want to keep before making a permanent deletion request. You do not need to reinstall the mobile app to use this web form.
Subscriptions and mobile apps
This page works without reinstalling the mobile app. Stripe subscription cancellation is attempted during deletion; if Stripe is temporarily unavailable, a durable server task retries until cancellation succeeds or the subscription is confirmed absent. Apple or Google subscriptions must be canceled in the applicable store.
Submit your account deletion request
Enter your account email and password below. Select the confirmation checkbox, then choose the deletion button. A separate confirmation asks whether to permanently delete the account. The status message on this page reports whether the request succeeded or needs attention.
If you cannot sign in
Use the separate privacy request page if you cannot sign in to the account. It provides another way to submit a deletion request. Do not enter the password for a different service in this form.
